SOCHI OLYMPICS EXPERIENCE

This was a responsive Olympics microsite that significantly drove video consumption for NBC and allowed users to control their TVs and set recordings for events.
Part of the strategy of this microsite was to develop a template that could be re-used for other forms of content or events. The example below shows a collection of kids' content, utilizing the template managed by an editorial team. My team didn't design the content here, but did create the template that houses it. COMPREHENSIVE OLYMPICS GUIDE WITH TV CONTROL
The Xfinity Olympics microsite for Sochi was incredibly successful. It met or exceeded overall goals of driving traffic to NBC (owned by Comcast) and driving usage of our online tools to control your TV. We were the number 3 video referrer to NBCOlympics.com, had a 31% increase in multi-platform views over Vancouver, and a huge 22% increase in total Olympics viewers over non-Comcast markets.
